Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models for real-time inference.
- Lead the architectural design for the Project 2026 neural network infrastructure.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, Transformers, and generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
