Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital/physical filing systems
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records management
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with event planning and meeting preparation for up to 50 attendees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
