- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications and vendor relations
- Organize travel arrangements and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Coordinate office logistics and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
