- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business units to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition and integration of legacy systems into a future-proof, scalable architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for significant business transformations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable backend systems.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.
