Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead 12-person multidisciplinary team of PhD researchers and product developers
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor talent pipeline through university partnerships and internal fellowship programs
- Monitor emerging tech trends via proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in tech innovation or corporate strategy with 5+ years in leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to articulate complex futures
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
