Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight models using proprietary Horizon Dynamics Methodology
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused products and services with 3-5 year launch horizons
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI targets
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing organizational foresight capabilities and change management frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy with global reach
