Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology impacts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for executive leadership on disruptive scenarios
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience
- Present strategic narratives at global industry conferences (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech sector focus
- Expertise in futures methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi techniques)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (IEEE, HBR)
- Advanced certification in Foresight (ACF/CFP) or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
