Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present trend analyses and future visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our thought leadership
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums (TED, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of successful future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
