- Author seminal foresight publications and thought leadership for industry forums

- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into patentable innovations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or emerging technology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Futurist Toolkit, Palisade Decision Tools)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech ecosystems
