Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service innovation pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects with measurable impact
