Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech domains
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections for 2026 initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotechnology
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance and technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech disruptions (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) or Innovation Management
