Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for societal, technological, and economic evolution post-2025
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and external partners
- Identify and evaluate exponential technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and bio-innovation
- Advocate for sustainable innovation through stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
