Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technology convergence patterns through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable blueprints
- Author thought leadership papers on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
