Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate-tech domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify and validate emerging paradigms
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author 'Future State' frameworks that guide $500M+ R&D allocation
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Anticipatory Leadership' program
- Present disruption analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
