Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with market simulation tools (e.g., Futurly, SAMI)
