Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global business disruption in 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on industry transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting future business landscapes
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
