Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation products and services
- Produce visionary reports on technological and societal disruptions impacting 2026 markets
- Partner with R&D to integrate exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into core business
- Design resilience strategies for geopolitical and climate volatility scenarios pre-2026
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with proven 2020s tech disruption impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and exponential technology roadmapping
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation (2018-2025)
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
