- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Oversee technology incubation programs and R&D initiatives
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
