As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy team, you'll leverage emerging technologies like quantum computing, AI-driven sustainability, and decentralized systems to develop actionable 5-year innovation plans. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and investment teams to identify breakthrough opportunities while maintaining ethical and sustainable frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmap through market analysis and trend research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on future-focused projects
- Author thought leadership content on emerging tech trends
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
