Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ vision execution in corporate or startup environments
