Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align emerging tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Architect and validate highly scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and Web3 protocols into existing product ecosystems.
- Monitor global technology trends to ensure the organization remains a market leader heading into 2026 and beyond.
- Present technical strategies and progress reports to stakeholders and board members on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technology strategy, or product leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and modern cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a history of mentoring top-tier engineering talent.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale R&D budgets and drive projects from ideation to launch.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
