Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a comprehensive technological roadmap for the next 2-3 years, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures that support advanced AI and Quantum computing integrations.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate emerging technologies and determine their viability for production environments.
- Scalability Strategy: Ensure all architectural decisions support massive scalability and high-performance computing requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, translating them into clear business value.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Tech: Experience with Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI), Machine Learning pipelines, or early-stage Quantum Computing technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex architectural problems and navigate technical debt.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
