Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and AI Research, to define and build new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture, tools, and agile processes.
- Present technical projects and capstone achievements to senior leadership at the end of the rotational program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or C++).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
