- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative R&D
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or futurism preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
