Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-performance software systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration from legacy monoliths to distributed, resilient microservices architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving global data regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and their application in production systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions.
