Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and AGI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML researchers, robotics engineers, and data scientists in building autonomous AI systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI deployment across healthcare, climate modeling, and financial sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and Fortune 100 companies
- Drive commercialization of AI innovations through patent development and intellectual property monetization
- Present AI vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Track record of building and managing AI teams of 50+ engineers and researchers
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $50M+ in AI research funding from government and private sources
