Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D efforts for our proprietary 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalable and energy-efficient neural architectures.
- Design and implement novel deep learning models capable of reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
- Stay abreast of the latest global advancements in AI, quantum computing, and edge intelligence to maintain our competitive edge.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure safety, ethics, and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on complex algorithmic challenges.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or holding patents in AI.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
