Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead research initiatives in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency for large-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core business solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future innovations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert knowledge of transformer architectures and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven experience deploying and scaling models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern web frameworks.
