Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design scalable AI frameworks that align with the company's long-term vision for autonomous agents and predictive modeling.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring the convergence of AI, biotechnology, and advanced robotics.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI modules into cohesive, high-performance systems capable of complex decision-making.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for safe and beneficial AI development to ensure alignment with human values.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers in best practices for scalable system design.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5+ years into the future regarding technology trends and market shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
