Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Author visionary white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies reshaping 2026 markets
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote speaking, published research, and industry panels
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists to build predictive models for market evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
