Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Blockchain, and Quantum Computing to ensure technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to translate technical possibilities into viable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the budgeting and resource management for long-term technology projects.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud infrastructure, and quantum computing principles.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and pivot strategies effectively.
