Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring all safety and shipping standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and strict deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and pricing accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
