Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate powered equipment (training included)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
