Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet strict daily deadlines.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy to minimize returns.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
