Responsibilities
- Accurately process and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and safety zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital shift reports via mobile tablets
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols in food/distribution facilities
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to Mesa locations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
