Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with precision and speed.
- Ensure all inventory is accurately counted, sorted, and documented using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize shipping errors and inventory discrepancies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
