Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Market job opportunities through multiple channels including job boards and social media
- Process payroll documentation and ensure timely weekly payments to temporary employees
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new temporary placements
- Track placement metrics and report weekly performance to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for recruitment events
