Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments for role alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
- Present weekly performance metrics to leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record meeting recruitment KPIs and sales targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
