Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified talent through innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients across Jacksonville metro
- Leverage ATS platforms and social media to maximize candidate visibility
- Exceed monthly KPIs including fill rates and time-to-hire metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong network within Jacksonville's professional community
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
