Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Philadelphia metro area
- Strong knowledge of PA labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
