Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidate fit.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
