Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a hunger for success.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
