Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Update and maintain candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate schedules between clients, candidates, and internal recruiters.
- Assist in sourcing new talent through various channels and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both job seekers and clients.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop recruitment skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
