Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Conduct interviews and skills assessments for light industrial, administrative, and warehouse roles
- Coordinate onboarding and payroll processing for weekly-paid employees
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with state labor regulations and agency policies
- Manage candidate databases and track placement metrics
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and client companies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Milwaukee market
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin labor laws and payroll processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Experience with light industrial, administrative, or warehouse staffing preferred
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
