Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize our proprietary staffing platform to track placements and maintain accurate records
- Provide weekly performance reports and market insights to leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR experience in Oklahoma City market
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma labor laws and industry compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
