Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and light industrial
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through personalized communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Florida market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Florida's labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
