Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to match them with ideal temporary/permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid CA driver's license (client site visits required)
