Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement confirmation
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in Tampa market
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting quarterly recruitment KPIs and metrics
