Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate placement terms
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
