Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for 15-20 active clients across Seattle metro area
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for 100+ contractors using our proprietary ATS platform
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across 15+ digital platforms including LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation packages and retention strategies
- Lead weekly performance reviews with contractors using data-driven KPI tracking
- Implement innovative staffing solutions for high-demand skill gaps in Washington's booming economy
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition with proven weekly pay management
- Expertise in Washington labor regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and payroll software
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated contract closure rates above 85%
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP credentials preferred
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Tableau or Power BI for talent analytics
- Strong network within Washington's professional community (PNW Tech Alliance, WSHRM)
- Ability to manage high-volume placements while maintaining 98% client satisfaction scores
